Handyman for Contract Work in Plovdiv, Bulgaria

We are in need of a skilled and reliable Handyman to join our team for contract work in Plovdiv, Bulgaria. As a Handyman, your primary responsibility will be performing various maintenance and repair tasks on buildings, equipment, and other facilities. You will need to have a strong understanding of various hand and power tools, as well as the ability to troubleshoot and problem-solve on the job.

Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance tasks such as painting, plumbing, electrical work, and carpentry
- Inspect buildings and equipment for any issues or damage
- Repair or replace damaged fixtures or equipment
- Install new fixtures or equipment as needed
- Troubleshoot issues with plumbing, electrical systems, or other building components
- Maintain clean and organized work areas
- Follow safety procedures at all times

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Handyman or similar role
- Strong knowledge of hand and power tools
- Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings
- Basic understanding of plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems
- Excellent troubleshooting skills
- Physical stamina to handle manual labor tasks
- Good communication skills in English (knowledge of Bulgarian is a plus)
- Own basic tools (hammer, screwdrivers, wrenches)

Salary: 1000$ per month (paid on a weekly basis)

Contract Length: 3 months with possibility of extension

Working Hours: Full-time (40 hours per week), flexible schedule
