Our construction company is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Loader Operator to join our team in Akron, Ohio. As a Loader Operator, you will be responsible for operating heavy machinery to load materials onto trucks, transport materials around the job site, and assist with other construction tasks as needed.

Responsibilities:
- Operate loader safely and efficiently to load materials onto trucks or move them around the job site
- Inspect machinery before and after use to ensure it is in good working condition
- Perform routine maintenance on loader as needed
- Communicate with truck drivers to ensure efficient loading and unloading of materials
- Follow safety protocols at all times and report any safety hazards or incidents immediately
- Assist with other construction tasks such as digging, leveling, and grading when not operating the loader

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 2 years experience operating a loader in a construction setting
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Knowledge of basic maintenance and repair of heavy machinery
- Ability to read and understand job site plans and diagrams
- Physically fit and able to lift up to 50 pounds on a regular basis

Salary:
We are offering a salary of $1400 per week for this position.

This position is located in Akron, Ohio.
