We are currently seeking a skilled Indian Chef to join our team in Lom, Bulgaria. As an Indian Chef, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking authentic Indian dishes, including curries, tandoori dishes, and regional specialties. You will also be responsible for creating new menu items and ensuring consistent quality of all dishes served.

Requirements:
- Previous experience as an Indian Chef in a professional kitchen
- Proficiency in English language
- Knowledge of traditional Indian cooking techniques and spices
- Ability to create new and innovative menu items
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook a variety of authentic Indian dishes according to recipes and menu specifications
- Ensure all food is prepared safely, hygienically, and meets quality standards
- Create new menu items while staying true to traditional Indian flavors and techniques
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Train and supervise junior kitchen staff members
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment

Salary:
The salary for this position is 1200$ per month.
