A metal production company in Chelyabinsk is seeking experienced Metal Workers to join our team. As a Metal Worker, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining various machines used in the production of metal products. This includes setting up and adjusting machines, monitoring production processes, and inspecting finished products for quality assurance.

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a Metal Worker
- Proficient in operating different types of metalworking machinery
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints
- Strong attention to detail and quality control
- Physically fit and able to lift heavy objects
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends if necessary

Responsibilities:
- Set up and operate metalworking machines such as lathes, mills, grinders, drills, etc.
- Monitor machine operations for any malfunctions or defects
- Inspect finished products for accuracy and quality
- Make adjustments to machine settings as needed
- Troubleshoot issues with machinery and make necessary repairs or replacements
- Follow safety procedures at all times
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient production processes
