Architectural Designer (Part-time) - Atlanta, USA

We are seeking a talented Architectural Designer to join our team in Atlanta on a part-time basis. The designer will be responsible for producing detailed drawings and 3D models, as well as coordinating with clients and contractors. Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum of 2 years experience in architectural design
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite
- Strong understanding of building codes and regulations
- Excellent communication and time-management skills
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

Responsibilities:
- Develop detailed drawings and 3D models of architectural designs
- Collaborate with clients to understand their project goals and needs
- Coordinate with contractors to ensure designs are executed accurately
- Research building codes and regulations to ensure compliance in designs
- Present design concepts and ideas to clients for approval
- Continuously stay up-to-date on industry trends, materials, and technology

Salary: $1300 per month (based on experience)

Location: Atlanta, USA (no relocation or accommodation provided)
