Merchandiser (Indian Nationals) - Sofia, Bulgaria



A leading international retail brand is seeking experienced and dynamic Indian Merchandisers to join our team in Sofia, Bulgaria. As a Merchandiser, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing the product inventory levels in our stores, ensuring maximum sales and profitability.

Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute merchandising strategies to achieve sales targets
- Analyze sales data and trends to identify areas for improvement
- Collaborate with buying team to determine product assortment and pricing
- Monitor inventory levels and make necessary adjustments to meet demand
- Negotiate with suppliers on pricing, delivery, and quality of products
- Create attractive product displays that adhere to brand standards
- Train and mentor store staff on visual merchandising techniques
- Conduct regular store visits to ensure proper implementation of merchandising guidelines

Requirements:
- Indian national with valid biometric passport
- Fluent in English (additional language skills are a plus)
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Merchandiser in the retail industry
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data and make strategic decisions
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Knowledge of visual merchandising principles and techniques
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment

The selected candidate will receive a competitive salary of $1500 per month. This is a contract position with the possibility of extension based on performance. Accommodation will be provided by the company.
