We are seeking a talented and experienced Indian Executive Chef to join our team in Bansko, Bulgaria. As an Executive Chef, you will be responsible for creating and implementing innovative and authentic Indian cuisine menus for our restaurant. Your creativity, passion for food, and leadership skills will be essential in ensuring the success of our restaurant.

Responsibilities:
- Designing and creating original Indian cuisine menus that reflect cultural authenticity and appeal to a diverse audience
- Managing kitchen operations, including ordering ingredients, monitoring inventory levels, and maintaining food quality standards
- Training and supervising kitchen staff to ensure efficient operations and consistent quality of dishes
- Collaborating with management to create budget plans and monitor expenses
- Maintaining a clean and organized kitchen environment in accordance with food safety regulations
- Developing relationships with local suppliers to source high-quality ingredients at competitive prices

Requirements:
- Must be of Indian nationality with a strong understanding of traditional Indian cooking techniques and flavors
- Minimum 5 years of experience as an Executive Chef in a high-volume restaurant
- Extensive knowledge of Indian cuisine, including regional variations, ingredients, and cooking methods
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to train, motivate, and manage a diverse team of kitchen staff
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment while maintaining quality standards
- Familiarity with budget planning and cost control measures
- Valid work permit or eligibility to work in Bulgaria

Salary:
Salary for this position is 1300$ per month.
