Cad Draftsman - Mombasa


We are a construction company based in Mombasa and we are seeking a skilled Cad Draftsman to join our team. As a Cad Draftsman, you will be responsible for creating detailed technical drawings and plans for various construction projects. This role requires strong attention to detail, proficiency in CAD software, and the ability to work collaboratively with architects, engineers, and project managers.

Responsibilities:
- Create detailed technical drawings and plans using CAD software
- Review and analyze architectural and engineering drawings to ensure accuracy
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and project managers to understand project requirements
- Make necessary revisions to drawings based on feedback from team members
- Ensure compliance with project specifications and building codes
- Keep accurate records of all drawings and revisions
- Communicate effectively with team members to ensure timely completion of tasks

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in drafting or related field
- Proficiency in CAD software such as AutoCAD or Revit
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately under pressure
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with team members
- Knowledge of building codes and regulations
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
- Previous experience working on construction projects is preferred

Salary: $1100 per month
Location: Mombasa
Nationality Preference: Indian or Egyptian (non-native speakers are welcome)
