A reputable manufacturing company in Izhevsk is seeking a skilled Finisher to join our team. As a Finisher, you will be responsible for completing final touches on products, ensuring they meet quality standards and specifications.

Responsibilities:
- Perform finishing tasks such as sanding, polishing, and buffing on various materials including wood, metal, and plastic
- Inspect finished products for any defects or imperfections and make necessary repairs or adjustments
- Follow technical drawings and specifications to ensure consistency in product finish
- Ensure all equipment and tools are kept clean and in good working condition
- Communicate with other team members to ensure efficient workflow and timely completion of projects

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Finisher or in a similar role
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to spot imperfections quickly
- Familiarity with various finishing techniques and materials
- Ability to read technical drawings and follow specifications accurately
- Good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity
- Fluent in English (both written and verbal)
- Indian nationality preferred but not required
