Construction Manager


Our construction company in Utena is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Construction Manager to oversee and manage all aspects of our construction projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction management, excellent leadership skills, and a proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.

Responsibilities:
- Plan, organize, and manage all phases of the construction process from start to finish
- Ensure all project goals, objectives, and deadlines are met
- Manage project budgets and monitor expenses
- Oversee the procurement of materials and equipment
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project success
- Hire, train, and supervise construction workers and subcontractors
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure work is being carried out according to plans and specifications
- Keep accurate records of project progress, costs, and changes

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience in construction management
- Strong knowledge of building codes, safety regulations, and quality standards
- Proficiency in project management software
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Familiarity with budgeting techniques
- Ability to read blueprints

Salary: $1200 per month
