We are currently seeking a skilled Heavy Equipment Operator to join our team in Ufa, Russia. As a Heavy Equipment Operator, you will be responsible for operating heavy machinery such as bulldozers, excavators, loaders, and other heavy equipment to aid in the construction and maintenance of various projects.

Responsibilities:
- Operate heavy equipment safely and efficiently according to project specifications
- Perform routine maintenance on equipment to ensure its proper functioning
- Monitor and inspect equipment to identify any potential issues or malfunctions
- Follow safety procedures and regulations at all times while operating equipment
- Communicate with team members to coordinate tasks and ensure efficiency
- Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience operating heavy equipment
- Valid license or certification for operating heavy machinery
- Ability to read and interpret construction plans
- Physically fit and able to perform manual labor when necessary
- Strong attention to detail and ability to operate machinery with precision
- Good communication skills
- Must be willing to work full time with a salary of $1600 per month
- Visa sponsorship available for qualified candidates
