We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced IT Manager to join our team in Atlanta. As an IT Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the organization's technology infrastructure, managing a team of IT professionals, and ensuring the smooth operation of all technology systems.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement technology strategies and plans to support business objectives.
- Manage a team of IT professionals and provide guidance and support.
- Oversee the installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of hardware and software systems.
- Ensure data security and backup procedures are in place.
- Evaluate new technology products and services to determine their potential benefits for the company.
- Maintain relationships with vendors and negotiate contracts for products and services.
- Train employees on new or updated technology systems.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in technology.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years experience in an IT management role.
- Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale IT projects.
- Experience with network administration, database management, software development, and system security.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-tech personnel.
- Strong leadership skills with a hands-on approach to problem-solving.
