IT Manager in Atlanta, USA



We are seeking an experienced IT Manager to join our team in Atlanta, USA. As an IT Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our company's information technology department. Your main duties will include managing a team of IT professionals, developing and implementing IT policies and procedures, and ensuring the security and efficiency of our systems.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a team of IT professionals and provide leadership and guidance
- Develop and implement IT policies and procedures to ensure the security of our systems
- Oversee the installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of hardware, software, and network systems
- Monitor system performance and identify areas for improvement
- Manage budget for IT department and make recommendations for cost-saving measures
- Stay up-to-date with advancements in technology and make recommendations for upgrades or new systems
- Collaborate with other departments to identify their technology needs and provide solutions

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in an IT management role
- Strong knowledge of hardware, software, networking, and security systems
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to manage a team effectively
- Experience in budget management and cost control measures
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate technical information to non-technical stakeholders

This is a full-time position based in Atlanta, USA. Salary will be $1200 per month without accommodation. We welcome applicants from all backgrounds but preference will be given to Indian candidates who are fluent in English.
