IT Manager

We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled IT Manager to join our team in Atlanta. As the IT Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our company's information technology systems and infrastructure. This includes managing a team of IT professionals, implementing and maintaining hardware and software systems, and ensuring the security and efficiency of our network.

Responsibilities:
- Manage and lead a team of IT professionals, providing guidance, training, and support as needed
- Oversee the installation, configuration, and maintenance of hardware and software systems
- Monitor network performance and troubleshoot any issues that arise
- Ensure the security of our network by implementing appropriate measures such as firewalls and antivirus software
- Develop and maintain disaster recovery plans and procedures
- Collaborate with other departments to identify technology needs and provide solutions to enhance business operations
- Stay up-to-date with new technologies and industry trends to make recommendations for improvement

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Proven experience as an IT Manager or similar role
- Extensive knowledge of networking, hardware, software, and security systems
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage a team effectively
- Excellent problem-solving abilities with attention to detail
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

Salary: $1300 per month (negotiable based on experience)

This is a full-time position with visa sponsorship available for the right candidate. We also welcome students looking for part-time opportunities.
