Administrative Assistant/Receptionist in Los Angeles, USA
A reputable company in Los Angeles, USA is seeking an organized and efficient Administrative Assistant/Receptionist to join our team. As our company is expanding, we are looking for an individual with strong administrative skills to support our daily operations.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome visitors and clients with a professional attitude
- Answer incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate department or individual
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area
- Receive and distribute mail and packages
- Manage office supplies inventory and place orders as needed
- Schedule appointments and maintain an updated calendar for the team
- Assist with general administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and scanning documents
- Coordinate travel arrangements for employees when necessary
- Handle confidential information with integrity and discretion
Requirements:
- Egyptian nationality preferred but not required
- Fluent in Arabic (spoken)
- No previous experience required
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
- Able to work independently as well as part of a team
- Highly organized with excellent time management skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Ability to prioritize tasks efficiently
Salary: $1400 per month
