CNC Operator

We are hiring a skilled CNC Operator to join our team in Malindi. As a CNC Operator, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining computer numerically controlled (CNC) machines to perform tasks such as cutting, drilling, milling, and shaping various materials. You must have experience with CNC programming and be able to read blueprints and technical drawings.

Responsibilities:
- Set up and operate CNC machines according to specifications
- Monitor machine operations and make adjustments as needed
- Inspect finished products for quality assurance
- Troubleshoot any issues that may arise during production
- Maintain inventory of materials and report any shortages
- Ensure the machines are kept clean and in good working condition
- Adhere to safety regulations at all times

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a CNC Operator or similar role
- Familiarity with CNC programming language (G-code)
- Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings
- Strong attention to detail with excellent mathematical skills
- Physical stamina to stand for long periods of time and lift heavy materials
- Good communication skills and ability to work in a team environment

Preferred qualifications:
- Experience with CAD/CAM software
- Knowledge of different types of materials used in CNC machining
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends if necessary
