We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Commercial Architect to join our team in Dickirch, Luxembourg. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and overseeing the construction of commercial buildings such as offices, retail spaces, and hotels. Your main goal will be to create functional and aesthetically pleasing spaces that meet the needs of our clients.

As a Commercial Architect, you will work closely with clients to understand their requirements and develop design proposals that align with their vision and budget. You will also collaborate with engineers, contractors, and other professionals to ensure that the construction process runs smoothly and meets all safety regulations.

The ideal candidate will have a degree in Architecture and at least 5 years of experience working on commercial projects. Strong design skills, knowledge of building codes and regulations, and proficiency in architectural software are essential for this role. Excellent communication skills are also crucial as you will be required to present your designs to clients.

This is a full-time position with a salary of 1100$. As we value work-life balance, we do not provide accommodation for this role. Therefore, we require candidates who are already based in Dickirch or willing to relocate at their own expense.
