Barista - Coffee Lover and Enthusiast (Bansko, Nepal)

Are you a coffee lover and enthusiast looking for an exciting opportunity in Bansko, Nepal? We are seeking a skilled Barista to join our team and help us create delicious coffee beverages for our customers. As a Barista, you will be responsible for preparing and serving a variety of hot and cold coffee drinks, as well as providing excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold coffee drinks according to customer preferences
- Ensure quality control by properly measuring and grinding coffee beans, monitoring brewing processes, and maintaining equipment
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting customers, taking orders, answering questions, and handling complaints
- Maintain a clean and organized work area at all times
- Educate customers about different types of coffee beans, brewing methods, and flavors

Requirements:
- Minimum of 1 year experience as a barista or in a similar role
- Strong knowledge of various coffee types, brewing techniques, and latte art
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to handle difficult situations tactfully
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Good communication skills in English (Nepali language skills are a plus)
- Flexibility to work weekends and holidays

Salary: 1300$
Contract job with possible opportunity for permanent employment.
