Teamlead for English-Speaking Office in Utena, Philippines

As a Teamlead for our English-speaking office in Utena, you will be responsible for leading a team of Filipino employees and ensuring the smooth operation of our office. Your main duties will include managing and coordinating daily tasks, providing guidance and support to team members, and maintaining a positive work environment.

To be successful in this role, you must have prior experience as a teamlead or supervisor, preferably in an English-speaking setting. Strong leadership skills and the ability to effectively communicate with both superiors and subordinates are essential. Additionally, you should have excellent organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

As this is a full-time position, we require applicants who are willing to work 40 hours per week with occasional overtime as needed. We also offer accommodation for our employees as part of our benefits package.
