Teamlead - Project Management


The Teamlead for Project Management will be responsible for leading and managing a team of professionals in the development and execution of projects. This position requires strong leadership skills, as well as experience in project management techniques and methodologies. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and problem-solving abilities, as well as the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams. This is a contract position based in Utena, with a salary of $1100 per month.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of project managers, ensuring successful delivery of projects within budget and on schedule
- Develop and implement project management strategies, methodologies, and best practices
- Identify project risks and develop mitigation plans to ensure successful project completion
- Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders
- Foster a collaborative team environment that encourages open communication, creativity, and innovation
- Provide guidance and support to team members, including training and development opportunities

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Project Management or related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience in a project management role
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire team members
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficient in project management software such as Microsoft Project or Asana
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Experience working with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment
- Fluency in English is required; proficiency in Arabic is preferred but not required.
