Heavy Equipment Operator

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Heavy Equipment Operator to join our team in Washington. As a Heavy Equipment Operator, you will be responsible for operating various types of heavy equipment, including bulldozers, excavators, and cranes, to complete construction projects efficiently and safely. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience operating heavy equipment and a valid operator's license. A strong understanding of safety protocols and attention to detail are also essential. This is a full-time position with a competitive salary of $1700 per month and visa sponsorship opportunities available for qualified candidates.

As a Heavy Equipment Operator, your responsibilities will include:

- Operating heavy equipment such as bulldozers, excavators, and cranes to move materials, dig trenches, and perform other tasks necessary for construction projects
- Inspecting equipment before use to ensure it is in proper working condition
- Following safety protocols at all times to prevent accidents or injuries
- Maintaining accurate records of work performed and materials used
- Collaborating with other members of the construction team to complete projects on time and within budget
- Reporting any issues or malfunctions with equipment immediately to the supervisor
- Assisting with general maintenance and repair of equipment as needed

To be successful in this role, you should have the following qualifications:

- At least 3 years of experience operating heavy equipment in a construction setting
- A valid operator's license for the type(s) of equipment being operated
- Knowledge of safety protocols related to heavy equipment operation
- The ability to read and interpret blueprints or other construction plans
- Excellent hand-eye coordination and physical dexterity
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately under pressure
