Network and Systems Administrator


We are seeking a highly skilled Network and Systems Administrator to join our team in Las Vegas. As a Network and Systems Administrator, you will be responsible for the maintenance, configuration, and reliable operation of computer systems, networks, servers, and virtualization. In this role, you will work closely with our IT team to ensure the smooth operations of our company's network infrastructure.

Responsibilities:
- Install and maintain network hardware and software
- Monitor network performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement solutions
- Manage user accounts and permissions on network systems
- Perform regular backups and disaster recovery procedures
- Configure firewalls, routers, switches, and other networking equipment
- Troubleshoot server issues and perform necessary upgrades or repairs
- Keep up-to-date with current technologies and make recommendations for improvements

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field preferred
- Proven experience as a Network and Systems Administrator or similar role
- Knowledge of networking protocols (e.g. TCP/IP), LAN/WAN design, firewalls, virtualization technologies (VMware), and cloud computing
- Familiarity with Active Directory, Group Policy Management, DNS/DHCP configuration
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a strong attention to detail

Salary: $1200 per month (negotiable based on experience)

Location: Las Vegas (Indian nationals preferred)

Employment Type: Full-time (own visa required)
