Insurance Claims Adjuster in Mombasa, Kenya


We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Insurance Claims Adjuster to join our team in Mombasa, Kenya. As an Adjuster, you will be responsible for investigating insurance claims, evaluating damages and determining coverage for our clients. This is a great opportunity for Filipinos and Nepali nationals who have strong English language skills and are looking for a job without prior experience or students seeking part-time work.

Responsibilities:
- Receive and review insurance claims from clients
- Conduct thorough investigations to determine cause and extent of damages
- Gather necessary documentation such as police reports, medical records, and witness statements
- Evaluate the coverage of the policy to determine if the claim is valid
- Negotiate settlements with claimants or their representatives
- Communicate with clients, attorneys, and other parties involved in the claim process
- Keep accurate records of all claim activities

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in a relevant field preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; knowledge of other languages is a plus
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
- Ability to work independently and make decisions based on evidence gathered
- Prior experience in insurance claims adjusting is a plus but not required
- Willingness to learn and adapt to changing policies and procedures
- Must be able to provide own accommodation in Mombasa

Salary:
This position offers a salary of 1400$ per month along with other benefits such as medical insurance.
