Dishwasher - Indian Cuisine

We are a busy Indian restaurant located in Eldoret, looking for a hardworking and dedicated Dishwasher to join our team. As a Dishwasher, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and sanitation of all dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment. This is a full-time position with a salary of $1000 per month and accommodation provided.

Key Responsibilities:
- Wash and sanitize all dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment according to safety standards
- Sort and stack clean dishes in designated areas
- Assist with food preparation and basic cooking tasks as needed
- Maintain a clean and organized work area at all times
- Dispose of trash and maintain cleanliness of kitchen floors
- Assist with inventory management of dishwashing supplies

Requirements:
- Previous experience working in a fast-paced kitchen environment preferred
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail
- Must be able to stand for long periods of time and lift up to 50 pounds
- Knowledge of Indian cuisine is an asset but not required
