Executive Chef (Indian Cuisine) - Medina, Saudi Arabia


We are seeking a talented and passionate Executive Chef with expertise in Indian cuisine to join our team at a luxury hotel in Medina, Saudi Arabia. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the kitchen, including menu planning, food preparation, and inventory management. You will also be responsible for training and mentoring junior chefs and ensuring high-quality dishes are consistently delivered to our guests.

Requirements:
- Must have a minimum of 5 years of experience as an Executive Chef in a high-end hotel or restaurant
- Expertise in Indian cuisine is essential
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to train and develop junior chefs
- Strong understanding of inventory management and cost control
- Fluent in English (Arabic language skills are a plus)
- Must be able to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
- A degree in Culinary Arts or related field is preferred
