Executive Chef in Medina, Saudi Arabia

We are currently hiring an experienced Executive Chef to join our team in Medina, Saudi Arabia. As an Executive Chef, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our kitchen operations and ensuring the highest quality of food and service to our guests.

Responsibilities:
- Plan and oversee daily operations of the kitchen, including food preparation, cooking, and plating
- Create and develop new menu items based on local ingredients and cultural influences
- Train and supervise kitchen staff to ensure consistency and quality in food preparation
- Monitor inventory levels and place orders for necessary ingredients and supplies
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe kitchen environment at all times
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and guest satisfaction
- Adhere to all food safety regulations and maintain high standards of hygiene

Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience as an Executive Chef in a high-volume restaurant or hotel setting
- Culinary degree or equivalent certification preferred
- Strong knowledge of international cuisine with a focus on Indian or Kenyan dishes is preferred
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to train, motivate, and manage a diverse team
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Must be willing to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
