Commercial Architect


We are seeking a talented and experienced Commercial Architect to join our team in Chelyabinsk. As a Commercial Architect, you will be responsible for designing and overseeing the construction of commercial buildings, such as offices, shopping centers, and hotels. Your primary role will be to work closely with clients to understand their needs and create functional and aesthetically pleasing spaces.

Responsibilities:
- Meet with clients to discuss project requirements, budget, and timeline
- Develop design concepts and present them to clients for approval
- Create detailed drawings using computer-aided design (CAD) software
- Collaborate with engineers, contractors, and other professionals to ensure designs are feasible and meet building codes
- Prepare project proposals, contracts, and cost estimates
- Oversee the construction process to ensure that the design is implemented correctly
- Make necessary adjustments or revisions during the construction phase
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and address any issues that may arise

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience working as a Commercial Architect
- Proficiency in CAD software and other design tools
- Strong understanding of building codes and regulations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team

Salary: 1200$ per month
