We are seeking a highly skilled Architectural Technologist to join our team in Los Angeles. As an Architectural Technologist, you will be responsible for providing technical support and expertise in the design and construction of buildings. Your main duties will include creating detailed drawings and plans, conducting site visits and inspections, and collaborating with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure project success.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as an Architectural Technologist
- Strong knowledge of building codes, regulations, and construction processes
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and other architectural software
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to develop plans for building projects
- Create detailed drawings and 3D models using architectural software
- Conduct site visits to gather information for design development
- Assist in the preparation of project proposals, reports, and presentations
- Ensure all designs comply with building codes, regulations, and standards
- Review technical specifications and materials for projects
- Work closely with project managers to ensure timely completion of projects within budget

This is a full-time position with a salary of $1200 per month.
