Office Manager for Indian or Kenyan Candidates in Eldoret
We are in need of an experienced and organized Office Manager to join our team in Eldoret. The ideal candidate will be a native Indian or Kenyan with strong communication skills in English. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1800$ and includes accommodation, free visa, and ticket.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations of the office, including managing staff and maintaining office supplies
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence and calls
- Organize meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for the team
- Maintain office budget and expense reports
- Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents as needed
- Ensure smooth communication between different departments
- Implement and maintain office policies and procedures
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or relevant field
- Minimum of 3 years experience as an Office Manager or similar role

- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
