Rental Operations Coordinator

We are a reputable rental company based in Malindi, seeking a highly motivated Rental Operations Coordinator to join our team. As a Rental Operations Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing the daily operations of our rental properties, ensuring smooth and efficient delivery of services to our clients. This is a contract position with no experience required and is open to candidates of all nationalities.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of rental properties, including maintenance, repairs, and tenant needs
- Coordinate with property owners and vendors to ensure timely and quality service delivery
- Handle tenant inquiries and complaints, resolving issues in a professional and timely manner
- Manage rental agreements, lease renewals, and rent collection
- Conduct regular property inspections to ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards
- Prepare reports on property performance, vacancy rates, and financials for management review
- Assist in marketing efforts to attract new tenants and maintain high occupancy rates

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
- Previous experience in property management or customer service is an asset but not required
- Excellent communication skills with fluency in English (other languages are a plus)
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task and prioritize effectively
- Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
