Rental Company Manager

A rental company in Malindi is looking for a highly motivated and experienced Manager to oversee the daily operations of our business. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for providing exceptional customer service. You will be responsible for managing a team of rental associates, maintaining inventory, and ensuring smooth and efficient operations. This is a full-time position suitable for men with visa sponsorship available.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of the rental company's operations
- Manage a team of rental associates and provide guidance and support
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by providing excellent service
- Maintain accurate records of inventory and equipment rentals
- Monitor and track financial performance, including budgeting and cost control measures
- Develop strategies to increase revenue and improve overall efficiency
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth coordination of services
- Stay up-to-date on industry developments and implement best practices

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
- At least 2 years of experience in rental management or related field
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Indian nationality preferred but not required
