Job Title: Baker for Traditional Malayalee Bakery in Sofia, Bulgaria


Our traditional Malayalee bakery in Sofia, Bulgaria is seeking a skilled and experienced Baker to join our team. As a Baker, you will be responsible for creating delicious and authentic Malayalee baked goods such as breads, pastries, and other treats.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare and bake a variety of traditional Malayalee baked goods
- Follow recipes and ensure consistency in product quality
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Monitor inventory levels and place orders for supplies as needed
- Adhere to all food safety and sanitation standards
- Train and supervise assistant bakers as needed

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a Baker in a professional setting
- Knowledge of traditional Malayalee baking techniques and recipes
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Biometric passport required for international travel to source ingredients from Kerala, India (preferred but not required)
- Must be able to communicate effectively in either English or Malayalam (preferred)

We offer competitive salary of 1300$ per month for this full-time position.
