Administrator (English Speaking)
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrator to join our team in Mombasa. As an English-speaking administrator, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our company and ensuring smooth operations. This is an urgent position, open to candidates from Pakistan and the Philippines.
Responsibilities:
- Provide general administrative support including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and maintaining office supplies.
- Organize and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Prepare and maintain important documents and reports.
- Manage and update company databases.
- Assist with HR tasks such as onboarding new employees and maintaining employee records.
- Communicate with clients and vendors in a professional manner.
- Handle any ad-hoc administrative tasks as assigned.
Requirements:
- Must be fluent in English, both written and spoken.
- Proven experience as an administrator or similar role.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Salary:
$1500 per month
