Administrator for English Speaking Contract Job in Mombasa
We are hiring an experienced Administrator for a contract position in Mombasa. As an Administrator, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating office operations, maintaining records and databases, and providing administrative support to the team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills in English and be fluent in Malayalam. Previous experience in a similar role is preferred. This is a contract job without accommodation provided. Salary is 1200$ per month. Only Malayalee candidates are preferred for this position.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage office operations and maintain a clean and organized workspace
- Answer phone calls, respond to emails, and handle other communication with clients and suppliers
- Maintain records and databases accurately
- Assist with the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documents
- Provide administrative support to the team as needed
Requirements:
- Fluent in English and Malayalam (spoken and written)
- Proven experience as an Administrator or similar role
- Proficient in MS Office applications
- Excellent time management skills and ability to multitask
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
