Equipment Operator

Position Summary:
We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Equipment Operator to join our team in Vilnius. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently. This role requires someone who can operate a variety of heavy equipment with precision and safety.

Key Responsibilities:
- Operate heavy equipment such as bulldozers, excavators, loaders, and dump trucks in a safe and efficient manner
- Perform routine maintenance on equipment, including greasing, oil changes, and minor repairs
- Ensure proper use of equipment by following manufacturer's instructions and company policies
- Complete daily logs and reports to track equipment usage, maintenance, and any issues that arise
- Communicate effectively with team members to coordinate tasks and ensure productivity
- Adhere to all safety regulations and protocols on job sites

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience operating heavy equipment in construction or related industry
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record
- Ability to read blueprints and use GPS systems for accurate excavation work
- Physically fit with the ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
- Good communication skills
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team

Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience operating multiple types of heavy equipment
- Certification in operating specific types of equipment
- Knowledge of basic mechanics for minor repairs

Salary:
This position offers a competitive salary of $1400 per month.
