Civil Engineer - Construction Project Manager

Our company is seeking a highly skilled and organized Civil Engineer to join our team in Utena, Lithuania. As the Construction Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of construction projects, from planning and budgeting to execution and completion. You will work closely with architects, contractors, and other team members to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and according to specifications.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop project plans and schedules
- Prepare budgets and manage project costs
- Oversee construction activities and ensure compliance with building codes
- Coordinate with architects, contractors, and other team members
- Monitor progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders
- Resolve any issues or delays that arise during construction
- Ensure quality control and safety standards are met
- Maintain accurate project documentation

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience in construction project management
- Knowledge of building codes and regulations
- Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
- Proficiency in project management software

This is a full-time position with a salary of 1000$ per month. Accommodation can be provided if needed.
