Waiter/Waitress

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Waiter/Waitress to join our team in El-Ain. As a Waiter/Waitress, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service by taking orders, serving food and drinks, and ensuring guest satisfaction. The ideal candidate should have previous experience in a similar role, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1600$, as well as accommodation and visa sponsorship provided. This is an urgent job opening, so we are looking for candidates who are available to start immediately.

Responsibilities:
- Greet guests and take their orders
- Provide menu recommendations and answer any questions
- Serve food and drinks promptly and accurately
- Monitor guest satisfaction and address any issues that may arise
- Handle cash transactions and maintain a clean work area
- Assist with setting up tables and preparing the dining area for guests
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of food orders
- Follow all safety and sanitation procedures

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a waiter/waitress or in a similar role
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining composure under pressure
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly attitude
- Attention to detail for order accuracy and cleanliness standards
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed

Preferred:
- Knowledge of other languages such as Hindi or Arabic is an asset but not required
