Floral Designer

We are seeking a talented and creative Floral Designer to join our team in Plovdiv. As a Florist, you will be responsible for creating beautiful and unique floral arrangements for various occasions such as weddings, events, and everyday bouquets. Your main duties will include designing, arranging, and maintaining fresh flowers, as well as providing exceptional customer service to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
- Create unique and visually appealing floral designs according to client preferences and event themes
- Source and purchase fresh flowers from local suppliers
- Maintain inventory of flowers, plants, and supplies
- Keep work area clean and organized
- Provide excellent customer service by answering inquiries, taking orders, and ensuring timely delivery of arrangements
- Collaborate with event planners or other vendors to coordinate flower arrangements for larger events
- Keep up-to-date with current floral trends and techniques
- Assist with pricing and packaging of floral products

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Florist or Floral Designer is preferred but not required
- Creative eye for design and ability to work with various colors and textures
- Knowledge of different types of flowers, plants, and their care requirements
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients from diverse backgrounds
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Physical stamina to stand for long periods of time, lift heavy objects, and work with sharp tools
- Flexibility to work weekends or extended hours during peak seasons

Benefits:
This is a full-time job that offers a salary of 1700$ per month. Accommodation will be provided along with a free visa and ticket for Indian nationals. No English language skills are required as this position does not involve any communication in English.
