IT Support Specialist


We are seeking a skilled and motivated IT Support Specialist to join our team in Izhevsk. As an IT Support Specialist, you will provide technical support to our clients, troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues, and ensure smooth functioning of computer systems. Responsibilities:
- Respond to client inquiries and provide technical assistance via phone, email or in person
- Troubleshoot hardware and software issues and provide timely resolutions
- Install, maintain and upgrade computer systems and networks
- Create user accounts, set up equipment and perform necessary system configurations
- Ensure data backup procedures are followed to prevent data loss
- Monitor system performance and make recommendations for improvements
- Train end users on new technologies or software applications
- Collaborate with other team members to identify and implement efficient solutions

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field
- Proven work experience as an IT Support Specialist or similar role
- Strong knowledge of computer systems, networks, hardware, software and peripherals
- Experience with troubleshooting techniques for Windows and Mac operating systems
- Excellent communication skills in English (both verbal and written)
- Ability to work well under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously

Salary: 1600$

Location: Izhevsk

Preference will be given to Indian candidates who are proficient in English. Free visa sponsorship and air ticket will be provided by the company.
