Computer Support Specialist

A reputable IT company in Izhevsk is looking for a highly skilled and motivated Computer Support Specialist to join our team. As a Computer Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance to our clients and resolving any computer-related issues they may have.

Key Responsibilities:
- Install, maintain, and troubleshoot computer systems and software
- Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues
- Set up new computers and networks for clients
- Provide technical support via phone, email, or in person
- Train clients on how to use computer systems effectively
- Keep track of inventory of equipment and software licenses
- Perform regular maintenance on computer systems to ensure optimal performance
- Collaborate with other IT professionals to resolve complex issues

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field
- Proven experience as a Computer Support Specialist or similar role
- Strong knowledge of computer hardware, software, and networking systems
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Ability to communicate technical information in simple terms to non-tech savvy clients
- Attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively
