We are currently hiring a skilled Machine Operator for our manufacturing plant in Bungoma. As a Machine Operator, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining various types of machinery to ensure efficient production. The ideal candidate will have experience in operating machines, strong mechanical skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
- Set up and operate production machines according to specifications
- Monitor machine operations to detect any malfunctions or defects
- Conduct routine maintenance on machines to ensure smooth operation
- Troubleshoot any issues that may arise during production
- Inspect finished products to ensure quality standards are met
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean working environment

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proven experience as a Machine Operator or similar role
- Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
- Ability to read and interpret technical documents and blueprints
- Excellent attention to detail and time management skills
- Physically able to stand for long periods of time and lift up to 50 pounds
