Commercial Architect for Design Firm in Moscow

This is a fantastic opportunity for a talented and creative Commercial Architect to join our design firm in Moscow. We specialize in commercial and corporate projects, working with clients from various industries. As our Commercial Architect, you will play a crucial role in the design and development of our projects, ensuring that they meet the highest standards of functionality, sustainability, and aesthetics.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and requirements
- Develop design concepts and present them to clients
- Create detailed drawings, plans, and specifications using computer-aided design (CAD) software
- Oversee the construction process to ensure compliance with design plans
- Manage project budgets and timelines
- Coordinate with other professionals such as engineers, contractors, and suppliers

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture
- 3+ years of experience in commercial architecture
- Proficient in CAD software and other design tools
- Strong understanding of building codes, regulations, and construction processes
- Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with clients and team members
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

We offer a competitive salary of 1000$ per month for this position. This is a full-time role based in Moscow. Indian nationals are preferred but all nationalities are welcome to apply. As an English speaking company, fluency in English is required.
