We are seeking a skilled Concrete Worker to join our team in Chelyabinsk. As a Concrete Worker, you will be responsible for mixing, pouring, and finishing concrete on various construction projects. This role requires physical strength and stamina as well as attention to detail to ensure the quality of the final product.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare work areas by setting up forms or scaffolding
- Measure and mix ingredients to create concrete mixture according to specifications
- Pour concrete into designated areas and use tools to spread and level it
- Finish surfaces by smoothing, shaping, and sealing concrete
- Monitor curing process and make adjustments as needed
- Operate equipment such as power trowels or screeds
- Clean and maintain tools and equipment after use

Requirements:
- Previous experience in a similar role preferred but not required for freshers
- Good physical condition with the ability to lift heavy materials and work in various weather conditions
- Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately
- Basic understanding of construction techniques
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Pakistani nationality preferred
- Must have valid work permit for Russia
