Concrete Worker



We are looking for a skilled Concrete Worker to join our team in Chelyabinsk. As a Concrete Worker, you will be responsible for constructing, maintaining, and repairing concrete structures such as buildings, roads, and bridges. This is a physically demanding job that requires strength and stamina.

Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare construction sites by cleaning and leveling the area
- Measure and mark construction areas according to blueprints
- Mix, pour, and spread concrete using various tools and equipment
- Smooth and finish surfaces using hand or power tools
- Install reinforcing materials to increase the strength of concrete
- Monitor concrete curing process to ensure proper drying and hardening
- Repair damaged concrete structures using patching materials
- Follow safety procedures at all times to prevent accidents or injuries

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Concrete Worker or similar role
- Physically fit with the ability to lift heavy objects and work in various weather conditions
- Knowledge of different types of concrete and their properties
- Familiarity with construction tools and equipment such as power saws, drills, trowels, etc.
- Ability to read blueprints and follow instructions accurately
- Attention to detail with strong hand-eye coordination
- Valid work visa or ability to obtain one for non-Russian citizens
