Freelance Virtual Assistant
We are seeking a highly organized and self-motivated Freelance Virtual Assistant to join our team in Utena. As a virtual assistant, you will provide administrative support to our clients remotely. This is a contract job with a salary of 1400$ per month.
Responsibilities:
- Respond to emails and phone calls on behalf of clients
- Schedule appointments and manage calendars
- Perform data entry and maintain databases
- Conduct research and gather information as needed
- Book travel arrangements and accommodations
- Create and edit documents, presentations, and spreadsheets
- Handle basic bookkeeping tasks, such as invoicing and expense tracking
Requirements:
- Fluent English language skills
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Excellent time management and organizational abilities
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Own visa or work permit in Utena (non-natives may apply)
- Prior experience as a virtual assistant or in an administrative role is preferred but not required
