Online English Tutor

As an Online English Tutor, you will be responsible for teaching English to non-native speakers through virtual platforms. You will create personalized lesson plans and provide one-on-one or group instruction to students of various ages and levels. Your goal will be to improve their overall language skills, including speaking, listening, reading, and writing.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct online English lessons with students from different countries
- Create engaging and interactive lesson plans tailored to each student's learning needs
- Provide timely feedback and progress reports to students and their parents/guardians
- Use a variety of teaching materials and methods to enhance language learning experience
- Encourage students to actively participate in lessons and practice their English skills outside of class
- Monitor student progress and adjust teaching methods as needed to ensure success
- Collaborate with other tutors and staff members to continuously improve the curriculum

Qualifications:
- Native or near-native proficiency in English
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Linguistics, or related field preferred
- Minimum 2 years of experience teaching English as a second language (ESL)
- Excellent communication skills and ability to connect with students from diverse backgrounds
- Familiarity with virtual teaching platforms such as Zoom or Skype
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple students simultaneously
- Passion for teaching and helping others improve their language skills
