Construction Project Manager



We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Construction Project Manager to join our team in Doha, Qatar. As a Construction Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of construction projects from start to finish. This includes coordinating with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project timelines and budgets are met.

Responsibilities:
- Plan, organize, and manage all phases of construction projects
- Establish project timelines and budgets in collaboration with stakeholders
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other team members to ensure project goals are met
- Monitor progress and make necessary adjustments to ensure project stays on schedule and within budget
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and standards
- Manage project documentation including contracts, change orders, and progress reports
- Communicate updates on project status to stakeholders regularly
- Resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise during the course of the project

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience as a Construction Project Manager
- Proven track record of successfully managing construction projects from start to finish
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, building codes, regulations, and safety standards
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Proficiency in project management software
- Fluency in English (Arabic language skills preferred)

Salary: $1100/month (tax-free)
