Land Surveyor


We are hiring a skilled and experienced Land Surveyor to join our team. As a Land Surveyor, you will be responsible for measuring and mapping land areas, conducting surveys to establish property boundaries, and providing accurate data for construction projects. You will work closely with engineers, architects, and other professionals to ensure that the land is suitable for development.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct surveys to determine property boundaries and topographical features
- Use specialized equipment such as GPS receivers, total stations, and drones to collect data
- Analyze survey data and create detailed maps using computer software
- Prepare reports and documents for clients and stakeholders
- Collaborate with engineers, architects, and other professionals on land development projects
- Ensure accuracy of all measurements and data collected
- Adhere to safety regulations while conducting surveys on site

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in surveying or related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Land Surveyor
- Experience with specialized surveying equipment such as GPS receivers and total stations
- Proficiency in using computer software for mapping and data analysis
- Strong mathematical skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Excellent communication skills

Salary:
1600$ per month

Location:
Al Buraymi, Oman

Other Details:
This position is open to all nationalities but preference will be given to Malayalees or Kenyans. No English language skills are required for this job. Accommodation will be provided by the company. Visa sponsorship is available.
