Job Title: Land Surveyor - Al Buraymi, Oman


We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Land Surveyor to join our team in Al Buraymi, Oman. As a Land Surveyor, you will be responsible for conducting surveys and collecting data on land to support construction projects and land development.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct detailed surveys of land using specialized equipment such as total stations, GPS receivers, and digital levels
- Collect and analyze data to create accurate maps, plans, and reports
- Communicate with clients to understand project requirements and provide progress updates
- Use software programs such as AutoCAD to create 2D and 3D drawings of survey data
- Verify the accuracy of survey data through field measurements and calculations
- Prepare legal documents such as easements, right-of-way agreements, and property descriptions
- Ensure compliance with local laws and regulations related to land surveying

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in land surveying or related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience as a land surveyor
- Proficient in using surveying equipment and software programs such as AutoCAD
- Knowledge of local laws and regulations related to land surveying in Oman is preferred
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work well with clients and team members

Salary:
Starting salary for this position is 1200$ per month.
