Handyman for Residential Properties in Ufa, Russia

We are seeking a skilled and reliable Handyman to join our team in Ufa, Russia. As a Handyman, you will be responsible for maintaining and repairing residential properties, ensuring that they are in good condition and meet safety standards. This role requires experience in various maintenance and repair tasks, as well as the ability to work independently and efficiently.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct regular inspections of residential properties to identify any maintenance or repair needs
- Perform various maintenance tasks such as plumbing, electrical work, painting, and carpentry
- Repair or replace faulty equipment or appliances
- Respond to tenants' maintenance requests in a timely manner
- Keep track of inventory and purchase necessary materials for repairs
- Ensure that all safety standards are met when performing tasks
- Maintain records of all repairs and maintenance work done on each property

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Handyman or in a similar role
- Good knowledge of various maintenance tasks including plumbing, electrical work, painting, and carpentry
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Ability to communicate effectively with tenants and other team members
- Must be able to lift heavy objects and stand for extended periods of time
- Must have own tools or be willing to purchase necessary tools for the job

Salary:
This position offers a competitive salary of $1600 per month.

Location:
This job is based in Ufa, Russia. While nationality is not a strict requirement, we prefer candidates who are Filipinos living in Ufa.

No English Required:
As this job is based in Ufa, no English language skills are required. However, basic communication skills may be necessary when interacting with tenants or team members who speak English.

Experience Required:
Previous experience as a Handyman or in a similar role is required for this position. We are looking for someone who is skilled and experienced in various maintenance tasks.
